We are thrilled to invite the Designport community to a signature event series in the Monogram Design Center at Aitoro Appliance. We’ve curated a list of topics to fit a variety of kitchen projects. Each session will include a trusted expert speaker from our local resource list. The intimate group size allows for plenty of time for individual Q&A, so bring your drawings, photos, samples and ideas. A light meal will be prepared live in the Monogram Kitchen during each session.

“Counter Points:” Cabinets & Surfaces

In this session, host Ria Rueda of the Monogram Design Center and award-winning designer Amy Zolin of Clarity Home Interiors will talk trends in cabinets and countertops and take a deep dive into the differences between natural and manmade stone. Topics to include durability, cost, and combinations with other kitchen elements and home styles. Touch and compare samples galore. A light lunch by Chef Arik Bensimon will be served.

Bang for the Buck with Meredith Huck

How do you get a luxury kitchen on a non-luxury budget? In this session, host Ria Rueda of the Monogram Design Center and special guest Meredith Huck, the Principal Designer of House of Huck, help you crack that million dollar question. Find out where to splurge and where to save. Meredith will share her favorite tips, hacks and ways to stretch a buck. A light dinner by Chef Arik Bensimon will be served.

Smart Kitchen 101: TECH Talks

Want to know how to have your refrigerator talk while your home audio system listens? In this session, host Ria Rueda of the Monogram Design Center and special guest Fior Lostumbo of Stratatech will geek out on all the latest gadgets and technical systems to save you time and money in the kitchen. A light lunch by Chef Arik Bensimon will be served.
