A Barn Reborn

Freezing? Step inside this warm, thoughtfully updated barn.

Tucked deep in the Connecticut woods, this 1800s barn has lived many lives, but its latest chapter may be the most beautiful yet. Reimagined by Jillian of CETTA, the renovation preserves the hand-hewn beams, weathered wide-plank floors, and all the soulful imperfections that make the space feel grounded and lived in.

Against that rugged backdrop, modern furnishings and clean-lined silhouettes bring a quiet sense of luxury. Mid-century classics mix with cozy fall textures. The result feels balanced and lived in.

Lime-washed walls by Floe Painting bring a subtle, textured finish to the bathrooms.

We’re swooning. Are you?
