Q&A
How do you describe your style in a few words?
Contemporary instincts, any kind of home. Never obvious, always built for living.
Which projects excite you most and are you hoping to do more of?
Projects where design and craft drive the result: kitchens and custom cabinetry, whole-home interior remodels, and closets and custom built-ins that make a house work better. We love clients who want a point of view and trust us to push a little. We’d like to do more whole-home and multi-room renovations, where we can carry one idea through the entire house.
Can you talk about the types of budgets/investments and project scopes you work with?
Most of our projects are full interior renovations, from a complete kitchen and adjacent living spaces to whole-home remodels, and typically start around $250,000. We also take on select custom cabinetry and closet projects, which start at $50,000. Because design, procurement, and construction sit with one team, you get a single point of contact and a clear scope and budget before we build anything.
What’s it like to work with your team, and how do we get started??
We’re a small, owner-led firm, so the people who design your home are the people who manage every step of building it. Amy and Aaron are on every project from first sketch to final walkthrough. That means one point of contact, no handoffs, and no surprises. Our design studio at 15 Post Road West in Westport is by appointment only, and it’s the best place to see and touch materials, including our Miralis cabinetry, before committing to anything. Reach out to book a time, even if you’re just starting to think about what your house could be.
